1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:
✔ Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
✔ Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
✔ Products must be in resellable condition (no signs of wear or damage).
✔ Items purchased from MINTOPIXX directly are eligible for returns.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are non-returnable:
❌ Opened or used lipsticks.
❌ Sale or clearance items.
❌ Gift cards or promotional items.

2. How to Request a Return

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

✔ Order number
✔ Item(s) you wish to return
✔ Reason for return

Step 2: Return Authorization

• Our customer support team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
• If your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions for returning the item.

Step 3: Ship the Product

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the item.
• Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund.
✔ Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order to report the issue.
✔ Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product along with the packaging.
✔ Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping fees.

4. Refund Processing

✔ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
✔ Processing time for refunds is 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
✔ If you do not see the refund in your account after the processing time, please contact your bank or payment provider for further assistance.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please:
✔ Return the original item (if eligible).
✔ Place a new order for the item you want.

6. Cancellations & Modifications

✔ Orders can be canceled or modified within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not been processed.
✔ Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
